This notice explains how The Next Mission handles information when you visit our website, use the free reset planner, or submit the early-access interest form. The Next Mission is an early-stage project offering a practical reset planner and exploring a future four-week accountability pilot.

Operator identity: “The Next Mission” is the project name. Before collecting signups, the operator should confirm whether this notice must also identify the individual or registered legal entity responsible for the project in the countries where visitors live.

2. Information you choose to provide

If you submit the early-access form, the information collected is determined by the fields shown on that form. The published form asks for:

Your email address.
Answers to two feedback questions intended to help us understand what people want to rebuild and what support may be useful.
An optional, unchecked consent checkbox for receiving project updates. Leaving it unchecked means you have not opted in to those updates.

Please keep your answers general. Do not submit medical details, information about another person, or other sensitive personal information.

3. How we use information

We use submitted information to understand interest in The Next Mission, review feedback about the proposed pilot, respond to questions, and send project or pilot updates when you have asked to receive them. We do not intend to sell your personal information. We do not use the interest form to provide medical care or clinical advice.

4. Email updates and your choices

Marketing or project-update emails should be sent only where you have opted in or where otherwise permitted by applicable law. You can withdraw consent or unsubscribe at any time by using an unsubscribe link if provided or emailing TheNextMissionReset@gmail.com. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that occurred before withdrawal.

5. The free reset planner

The current planner saves entries in local browser storage on the device and browser you use. It does not require an account and is not designed to send planner entries to The Next Mission's server. Planner entries may remain on your device until you clear them or your browser storage is cleared. The export feature creates a text file for you to save. If you use a shared device, avoid entering information you would not want another person using that browser to see.

6. Service providers and technical information

The website is hosted by Netlify. The early-access form is hosted by Tally and may be embedded in this website; you may also open the form directly on Tally. These providers process information as described in their own privacy notices and service terms. When you load the website or form, the providers may process technical information such as IP address, browser/device details, request logs, and form-submission data to deliver, secure, and operate their services.

We have not intentionally added third-party advertising or analytics tools to this starter website. This should be checked again before launch if scripts, integrations, pixels, or analytics are added later.

7. Retention and deletion

We intend to keep interest-form responses only for as long as reasonably necessary to assess the pilot, manage requested updates, and maintain basic records of consent where appropriate. You can ask us to delete your response by emailing TheNextMissionReset@gmail.com. Some information may need to be retained for a limited period where required by law or for legitimate recordkeeping. The operator must configure and follow an actual retention and deletion routine in the Tally dashboard; this statement is not a substitute for doing so.

8. International processing

Because the website and form use third-party service providers, information may be processed in countries other than the one where you live. The providers' privacy terms describe their processing and applicable safeguards. If you are located in a jurisdiction with specific privacy rights, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of personal information, to object to certain processing, or to complain to a data protection authority. The availability of particular rights depends on applicable law.

9. Children

The Next Mission's early-access list is intended for adults aged 18 and older. Please do not submit information through the interest form if you are under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted information, contact us so we can review and delete it as appropriate.

10. Security

We take reasonable steps to limit access to submitted information and to use the account and security controls provided by our service providers. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Keep your Tally and email accounts secure and do not share account credentials.

11. Changes to this notice

This notice may change as the project develops or legal requirements change. The “Last updated” date above will be revised when meaningful changes are made. Where required, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent.

Before public launch: Decide and follow a retention/deletion routine, verify whether the operator’s legal identity must be listed for your target countries, and consider appropriate legal review for international data collection.
